Why does Puzzingo freeze/crash on my device?

On both Android and iOS, if there are lots of background applications running, it could slow down Puzzingo, or even cause a crash. Try closing some of the background apps, and restart Puzzingo. Sometimes re-installing the app could help as well. Please note, if you reinstall the app, you can “restore” your purchases. You don’t have to pay for your purchases again.

I have just purchased a puzzle pack, but the download fails?

If you are downloading via your cell phone’s data network (3G/LTE/etc), because these networks can be slow, sometimes it could cause the download to fail. If that case, you can either try again later, or try doing the download via Wifi. If you are still having trouble, please email us at support@77sparx.com.

How come all my purchases disappeared after re-installing Puzzingo?

If you reinstalled Puzzingo, or installed Puzzingo on a new device, you can “restore” your past purchases. No need to pay again!
Just follow the restore instructions here. Please note, the restore only works between iOS or Google Android devices, it doesn’t work across iOS and Google Android.
