Sometimes purchased and downloaded content are still shown as locked when accessing our apps through Kindle FreeTime. If this is happening, please try the following:
- Log into your child’s Kindle FreeTime Account
- Access our app and try doing a restore of past purchases. You can find instructions on how to restore your specific app on our main support page.
If the restore fails or doesn’t unlock the content, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the email, please tell us which app you are running, and which version of Kindle Fire you are using (if known). Thanks!
