Our iPad3 fix had just been released into the app store! We apologize for all the issues with iPad3. We appreciate all the emails we have received and the patience of our customers. If you are still having issues, please feel free to email us at email@example.com. Happy Puzzling!
UPDATE 3/19 – OK. We have the fix created and submitted into Apple. Now, we basically need to wait for Apple to release the changes. While this could take 1-2 weeks normally, we are hoping they would turn this around faster. Will keep you posted!

We have uncovered issues running Puzzingo on the newly released iPad3! We have uncovered the root cause for the problem, and is now working on a fix! We will have a fix shortly. We are extremely sorry to our customers who have purchased Puzzingo on iPad3.
If you have purchased Puzzingo on iPad 3 and are having issues, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
and let us know so that we email you when the issue is resolved. We will also provide an update via this blog post.
For those who are interested on what happened. Unfortunately, we as developers, like everyone else, don’t get advanced access to iPad3. So, we are very limited in our ability to prepare our apps for new hardwares from Apple. That said, we will be working on ways to minimize probability of this happening again in the future.
